Overnight Shipping Information

We offer overnight delivery within the Continental US, primarily via UPS Next Day Air. In some cases, USPS Priority Express Overnight may be used. Packages usually arrive between 10:00 am-12:00 pm, although delivery may vary.

Our standard shipping cost includes an insulated liner and heat pack during winter but does not cover a thick-wall styrofoam box. For temperatures below 50°F or above 90°F, please select Cold or Hot Weather Shipping at checkout for additional protection.

Orders are processed within 3-5 business days and ship Monday through Wednesday for Tuesday to Thursday delivery. A tracking email is sent once the label is created. To ensure a smooth process, specify your preferred delivery date at checkout; otherwise, your order will ship at our earliest convenience.

Airport-to-Airport Delivery
Ideal for large fish or bulk orders, our airport-to-airport option is fast, safe, and cost-effective. Your order will be sent to the nearest Southwest Cargo facility at your local airport for pickup. Shipping fees are paid directly to the airline at pickup, unless your order qualifies for Free Shipping.

To arrange this, email us at [email protected] with your Order Number and Airport Code (e.g., LAX, ATL, DFW). We’ll coordinate the best flight and guide you through the process if it’s new to you.

Local Pick-Up
Located in Livingston, Texas (about 50 miles north of Houston), we offer local meet-ups for customers in Southeast Texas. Although we don’t have a public facility, you can select “Local Pick-Up” at checkout. Please include a valid phone number, and we’ll contact you to arrange a convenient meet-up time.

Shipping Protection
We take pride in our secure packaging, and losses are rare. While our Live Arrival Guarantee covers livestock losses with store credit, it does not cover lost or stolen packages. By adding Shipping Protection to your order, you’re covered in case of loss or theft and will receive a full cash refund, including shipping costs, if your order is a total loss. The Shipping Protection fee is refundable.

Cold Weather Shipping
If nighttime temperatures in your area drop below 50°F, please select Cold Weather Shipping at checkout. Although heat packs are included in our standard packaging, they do not protect against extreme cold. With this option, we’ll upgrade to a 1¼” insulated styrofoam box and Early Arrival Overnight Shipping for added safety. This additional charge is treated as part of your shipping cost. Note that if Cold Weather Shipping isn’t selected and temperatures are below 50°F, the Live Arrival Guarantee will be voided. For temperatures under 30°F, consider waiting for warmer weather before ordering.

Pre-Order Information
Pre-orders take 2-4 weeks, sometimes up to 8 weeks. If ordered with In-Stock Livestock, we’ll hold the in-stock items until everything is ready to ship. Pre-orders may be canceled if issues arise, such as shipping delays or availability changes. If your order isn’t fulfilled within 8 weeks, you’ll receive a full refund with no fees.
